It's just that blue tablet stuff you put in a toilet to keep it clean. It's really blue, very nice. Cerulean, even. You should try it. Ray thought it was so pretty that in one story arc, he had a party around the toilet 'cos it looked all Jamaican-pretty. He subsequently got really stoned. I'm stoned too. That's pretty cool.
