Circus Penis Army

The Circus Penis Army is a concept envisioned by Teodor after he finds out that adult film star Circus Penis had just bought a boat and a plane. At first it starts out as a wisecrack about starting an army, but Circus thinks it's a good idea, so Teodor starts drawing up some plans.

In the midst of planning, Circus Penis talks Teodor into joining the adult film industry, and sends him to Rod Huggins to be hazed. Once Teodor is in, he and Circus Penis begin planning the army together, first figuring out that the Circus Penis Army would be primarily for poolside barbecues, skimpy tops, and margaritas in the blender. Teodor is so into the Circus Penis Army idea that he buys a bolt of EZ-Breathe jersey cotton and walks around looking similar to a Roman (Circus was thinking about quick-release caftans as possible uniforms). Eventually Circus Penis goes back to LA before the Circus Penis Army plan can come to life. According to Ray, Circus thought Teodor was taking too long, and realized a little too late that T is a ditherer. Teodor is angry about this development, but he at least finds out that one of the things he could stand to learn from the toilet in the airport is not to go around making a lot of big promises.
