Philippe Runs For President

After overhearing Mr. Bear talking out loud about the newspaper -- the presidential race to be precise, Philippe decides to run for President on a platform combining the best things of both major US political parties. Ray decides to bankroll this, and Roast Beef is both Ray's accountant and the campaign manager, and Teodor is the Vice Presidential Nominee (though Todd was going to be it originally, but was dropped when he gave the worst possible answers to pretty much every question).

His platform includes combatting sadness by giving everyone a small dog named "Mr. Poopytime", and something about everyone crying during Finding Nemo.

His mascot is Homosexuals the Gorilla.
