Trashspotting

A hobby/sport/way of life enjoyed (and possibly created) by Emeril, Spongebath, and Roast Beef. Mr. Bear, who joined them on one occasion, described it thusly:
"the interpretation of trash-day recycling bins, much as the matronly Haitian might interpret the entrails of a freshly-killed chicken."
Central to the enjoyment of Trashspotting is the consumption of a brined, spiced, and smoked turkey leg, as provided by Emeril.
